Com-Pak Packer with SOF-PAC® Tower
& Lane Divider
The SOFT Packer was originally designed with a DP4
frame, but today it can also be built with a Com-Pak frame. This is
particularly effective for some applications with narrow or short cases
(Wal-Mart cases). If the containers are non-round, a lane
divider can be integrated into the operation of the SOFT Packer.

Adaptable SOFT
Packer with Lane Divider
Not long a go a customer of Climax came to us with a
very unique project. They wanted to pack empty plastic bottles into RSC
cases (necks DOWN and necks UP). However, they also wanted to pack the same
bottles into what they called “Bulk Cases” (see the large case
in the picture above). PLUS they wanted to accomplish all of this with a
single packer!
The Climax Adaptable SOFT Packer was born from that
customer’s request.

each unique bottle and pack pattern...

you using a single size case for packing a number of empty plastic bottles
-- different sizes, different shapes, and different pack patterns all into
