An integrated system of packing equipment to combine individual flavors/types into a consistent pack pattern creating a RAINBOW or VARIETY case. -- Plastic Bottles, Glass Bottles, OR Cans -- Variety of sizes and pack patterns -- Two, three, four, or six flavors -- Minimal or NO manual labor -- 15 to 20 CPM KEY FUNCTION AREAS Flavor Staging Individual flavors (in cases or trays) are loaded onto staging conveyors Indexers on the staging conveyors are programmed to control the proper sequence and timing Climax Uncaser Sequenced cases are indexed into the uncaser All containers of individual flavors are picked up and placed onto the takeaway table Takeaway Table Moves containers from uncaser to combiner Each flavor has its own dedicated lane Combiner Flavors are counted, indexed, and combined according to the Rainbow pattern Rainbow pattern of containers are conveyed to the drop packer Climax Drop Packer Cases or trays are packed with a consistent rainbow pattern 12-pack and 24-pack are typical pack patterns CLICK HERE to view the standard brochure for this product.
