Modular design for flexibility in
terms of product infeed and carton discharge
TWO Basic Models:
1.) Climax M-Packer

2.) Climax Tandem M-Packer

but independent of each other
-- Up to 60
cartons per minute
Each model can be dedicated to ONE
product, ONE pattern -- OR totally flexible in terms
of multiple products and patterns
Product INFEED Alternatives:
1) Product can come to the
M-Packer in a single lane to EACH operating lane
2) Product can come to the
M-Packer in a
"flood" feed
3) Product can come to the M-Packer packed in
corrugated or plastic trays (loose product)
- Pick &
Place station will remove the loose product from the tray and places
them onto a mat-top infeed conveyor (one for EACH operating lane)
- Products
are single-filed by guide rails and conveyor belts with different
speeds
Finished Carton DISCHARGE Alternatives:
1) Cartons can simply be discharged in a single lane
from EACH operating lane
2) Cartons can be grouped and placed (pick & place
station) onto a takeaway conveyor
3) Cartons can be grouped and placed (pick & place
station) into corrugated or plastic trays on a takeaway conveyor

are conveyed to the discharge end of the M-Packer on a conveyor provided
by Climax
