GUARANTEE OF PERFORMANCE
Climax
Packaging Machinery has built a solid reputation of standing behind Climax
equipment, and wants to establish a firm obligation to all Climax clients.
It is
Climax's normal procedure to invite its clients to attend a run-off of
their equipment prior to acceptance. It is at this time that all questions will be answered regarding
the performance of the machinery. If it is not performing according to the
specifications of this proposal, the client should
simply not accept the equipment until Climax corrects the situation.
If after
installation, a problem related to the performance of the equipment is
identified, Climax will do everything in its power to make it operate to
the originally agreed upon specifications. In the case that Climax is
unable to resolve the problem, Climax will allow the client the option to either return the machine or settle
financially.
It is
Climax's preference to have the entire performance matter resolved within
90 days of installation. However Climax is willing to work with the client based upon their production
capabilities.
