There are a number of different models of Climax Drop Packers to choose from. The specifications of your particular project will help Climax select the best one for you. DP4 Drop Packer The DP series of Tray/Case Packers has proven to be a reliable solution in medium speed range applications, well known for its durability and low maintenance. You will NOT find a stronger, more durable packer than the DP4 Drop Packer. For example, the side plates for the bottle conveyor are manufactured from 5/8 inch X 5 inch dimensional steel; no formed sheet metal like nearly all of our competitors. We can not simply punch a hole through this material; it must be drilled and tapped on precision machines. Another example of strength and durability is the solid aluminum casting for the case elevator. Climax has Rarely had to replace one of these castings.

For these projects a Com-Pak Drop Packer is the perfect choice. Standard length is eight feet; lane divider or oscillator would extend it to twelve feet Just as with DP4, the Com-Pak drop packer can handle glass, plastic, metal, or composite containers -- round or non-round NO MINIMUM SIZE for a case or tray -- that means the Wal-mart cases can be packed on the Com-Pak Case infeed can be inline, right-angle, or reverse-inline design Polished stainless steel, adjustable, lane guides PLC controls (prefer Allen-Bradley, but will meet any special request) Speeds up to 15 CPM with single case drop (25 CPM with a double case drop) Two part stainless steel epoxy paint primer & finish coat.
